LNG #297 remains in near mint and I mean so close to mint condition that I’d called it mint for years. I sold this one in 2016 to fund part of my divorce but bought it back from my friend Bill recently and during a complete set up and cleaning I found the smallest clearcoat ding on the lower edge by the jack. I know Bill didn’t play it so it must have always been there. Plus she’s got some pick scratches on the pickguard because she plays and sounds so good. Aside from that – no dings, no mods, a near PERFECT Vai signature and number, and the serialized case tag didn’t get lost. Original warranty card and other original case candy remains with her. Did you know these cases aren’t faded pink-lined? This is the color they always were – I guess that’s called salmon.
