Jackson Phil Collen PC-1 Splatter

This is another new old stock 2010 Jackson Custom Shop PC-1 Splatter, but with the same story. I really don’t have a favorite out of my splatters that didn’t appear on Pawn Stars so you get the same story.  At one time these were on sale, and that never happens.  It may have occurred back in 2011 or something around there because I bought one on sale for little over three grand – not a whole lot of money at the time for a one of a kind, very limited run, hand painted by Phil Collen and then signed and numbered. I’ve heard 30 were built…and not many sold initially, so they went on sale.  Can you imagine that?  A sale on one-of-a-kind guitars…

Fast forward about 10 years and one of these guitars appeared on the TV show Pawn Stars and immediately people outside the Jackson collector circle were interested and buying them up.  I had someone reach out through my website and made me what I thought was a crazy offer on mine, so I sold it.  I regretted that, but fortunately about a year later a whole collection of these walked into a friends music store and I bought all but one of them (I passed on the red background one if you see it around – should have bought it too).  So I went from none to four of these, all in brand new condition.  This is one of those four (#20 in the series), and I was able to add the actual Pawn Stars guitar a few years later.  I’m looking for one or two examples so HMU if you find one.
